What Does Four Lane do at an Event?
WMS will arrive at your store a minimum of one day prior to your event. The WMS professionals will train your staff on the WMS “Big Sale” process and help you to understand what to expect from your event. The WMS team will create payment tags for each and every vehicle on your lot, even your new inventory if you’d like us to! The WMS team will work every deal during the event, both new and used. We will do this from a Desking and F&I standpoint to help you maximize your Gross Profit. WMS will supply a minimum of three (3) salespeople (see payment schedule on our contract). Finally, WMS will stay for an additional day, after the event ends, to help you tie up any loose ends and wash out the final sale numbers.
Preparing Your Inventory
WMS strongly suggests that you be prepared for your event. Plan to have a sufficient number of units, both new and pre-owned, to insure success. WMS suggests that you have at least 75 to 100 pre-owned vehicles ready to sell on location. Most of your customers will drive away in their new or pre-owned vehicle that same day, provided that there is Sufficient Inventory Available!
