This month we speak to Emani Gant, one of Fourlane’s Client Development Representatives. Originally from southern California, Emani went to Texas State on a basketball scholarship where he got his BA. Afterwards, Emani went on to play basketball professionally overseas in Europe. After some time, he returned the the states and came to Austin, Texas. Not long after, he joined the Fourlane team in June 2020. Here is what he shared with us.
What you like about working for Fourlane:
The remote-work environment is a plus, but the way we connect and communicate with each other although being in different areas all around the country, is where I think we make the difference compared to other workplaces.
What would you want people to know about us?
This isn’t the average company. We are filled with people from different places and backgrounds who all bring different yet meaningful skill sets to make for one of the most diverse and comfortable environments around!
What motivates you to come to work every day?
Knowing that I’m in a position that can make improvements to people’s lives and how they are running their business is surely fulfilling. I enjoy making a positive change to the world.
