Intuit Field Service Management is the scheduling and dispatching tool that works with QuickBooks. Corrigo Support offers the above chart of Intuit Field Service Management Permissions by role. Managers have permissions for all sections, while technicians have more limited permissions.
User permissions are important to make sure that the people in the field do not have access to all areas of FSM. The categories include: work orders, customers, invoices, reports, people, time cards, and settings. Managers are the only people who can manage Time Cards and Settings, but everyone including managers, dispatchers, field supervisors and technicians can create, view, and change work orders. All FSM users can add charges to invoices, but only managers and dispatchers can approve change statuses. Techs can’t deal with reports at all, but managers, dispatchers and field supervisors can view them, and managers and dispatchers can change them.
