QBOA Tutorial: Add User
In this QuickBooks Online Advanced tutorial, we show you how to add a new user. In our previous video, we showed how to set up roles, so this will help save time in creating a new user. We go over the custom roles, standard users and company admins. An additional feature that is discussed is the ability to create new users without it counting towards your user limit, where they can have access only to reports, time tracking and/or take payments. Then you can add the contact info for the new user and an invite gets sent out. After that, the new user can finish the set up process on their end. You can also watch how to create a new user here.
