Derek Federhoff is Fourlane’s Director of Professional Development tasked with growing our professional services teams. Derek is an entrepreneurial people leader focused on implementing best practices to enable orgs to scale and maximize performance. He is a player coach who delivers as a team of one and when supporting/leading a diverse team responsible for the entire employee life cycle.

Implementing programs & communication strategies in recruiting, onboarding, & performance management that result in growth and employee retention.
Developing culture through establishment of core values and implementation of programs that reinforced culture and allowed employees to live company values in their daily operations.
