QuickBooks is great for organizing your businesses contacts and makes it easy to print a full list of these contacts. QuickBooks also enables you to print contacts from one specific customer type without printing your entire contact list. The customer type can be found on the additional information tab when editing a customer. To get a list of just these customers, run your customer contact report. Next, select Modify followed by the Filter tab. Choose Customer type on the left and select the customer type you want to appear on your report from the middle. QuickBooks will then generate a printable contact report customized according to the customer type you selected.
