For January’s Quick Round Spotlight, we speak with Mary Baldwin, a Fourlane Sales Administrator. An avid animal lover, Mary originally comes from Northern California where she had her own pet care/sitting business. She made her way to Austin, Texas in September 2019, and joined Fourlane in October the same year. It did not take long for her to become an asset to the Fourlane team, and her expertise and attention to detail is limitless. Here are her thoughts on our company.
What you like about working for Fourlane:
What can I say! I love everything about working for Fourlane. It is a very unique company. The support you receive from fellow coworkers is something I have never experienced before in a workplace. That comes from the top down. We are encouraged to continually learn and are given the tools and opportunity to do so. Plus, a huge perk is that we work remotely.
What would you want people to know about us?
Fourlane is a service-oriented company. We strive to meet all our customers’ needs whether it is purchasing a product or needing services. You get the personal touch when you work with Fourlane.
What motivates you to come to work every day?
For me I like knowing I can help people. Whether it be a fellow coworker or a customer. If I do not have the answers when speaking to a customer, I have many people I can reach out to for answers.
