Phase One
The first phase of conversion is for our expert to determine the correct product or products required for set up. This can include QuickBooks Enterprise, Advanced Inventory, QuickBase, Point of Sale or any other third-party add on products. Our focus is to keep you in QuickBooks for the accounting department and find solutions to help run the rest of the business.
Generally when we are converting from any outside accounting package we will be recommending QuickBooks Enterprise. The reason is that Enterprise has similar permissions and functions to what is in an outside program. The other reason is Enterprise is meant to hold a lot more data the QuickBooks Pro or QuickBooks Premier. When we are talking about moving years of data, you want a database that is prepared to handle the volume!
Once all of this is determined, our experts move onto Phase 2: Process Set Up/Conversion.
