Patent pending sync that's fast and works
Fourlane re-wrote the QuickBooks web connector from the ground up and created our own patent pending QuickBooks Sync Client. It’s smart, fast, efficient, keeps track of changes and most importantly, it just works – automatically updating every 10 seconds.
You can even access and work in Fourlane CX without needing QuickBooks Desktop open at all, as the sync feature would ensure all data is available even if QuickBooks is down. When QuickBooks is open again, Fourlane CX pushes all changes back down.
Deletion Add-On

Yes, you will need an active QuickBooks Desktop license in order to use Fourlane CX as it is and add-on app designed for QuickBooks Desktop. We recommend a QuickBooks Desktop license for your core accounting users (payroll, banking, sales tax, etc.) and all other users in Fourlane CX – saving you money on QuickBooks licensing and hosting costs.
No. You can work in and access Fourlane CX even when QuickBooks Desktop is not available. Once QuickBooks Desktop is available again, Fourlane CX will push the changes down to QuickBooks Desktop.
Fourlane CX is built on Amazon Web Services, the most secure global cloud infrastructure. All Fourlane CX data is stored and routinely backed up in highly secure AWS data centers that’s trusted by millions of business customers.
Even though we always recommend to remotely host your QuickBooks Desktop file due to the many advantages including, reduced IT costs, convenience, and security, it is not required. You could simply host QuickBooks Desktop on your local server.
