If you need to add up additional fields in QuickBooks, this video shows you how you can create custom field numbers and add them to a transaction. You can also multiply that number times the quantity field to get totals for things like weight or volume of an order.

Does this only work in single user mode? On my quickbooks when I try to use it in multi user, it initially totals correctly. As soon as I save or try to print ect, it reverts back to the single weight.
